Cream of Salmon Soup
½ cup of milk
½ tblsp of flour 1 tsp butter
⅛ tsp salt spk of pepper 2
tablsp of canned salmon make
a White Sauce of the milk flour
butter salt and pepper Rub the
salmon through a sieve add
to White Sauce reheat beat with
a dover egg beater and serve
Creamed Salmon in Potato border
½ cup of White Sauce ¼ cup
of canned salmon spk. pepper
½ cup mashed potato make
a border of mashed potato
Place in the oven and brown
or place a mold in center of a
flat dish make a potato border
around it fill the mold with
cold water brown in the oven
