½ cup of White Sauce ¼ cup of fish
½ egg yolk ½ egg white prepare as
for meat souffle bake for souffle

Dressing
2 cups of finely broken stale bread
4 tsp butter
2 tsp salt
2 tsp ground sage
¼ tsp pepper
one tsp onion juice if desired
Hot milk to moisten one eg
Moisten the bread with the milk
add seasoning melted butter and
thoroughly beaten egg.
