Ice Box Rolls
2 c yeast 1/4 cups water
1/2 c sugar
2 c boiling water
4 tablespoon lard
2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, well beaten
Add sugar lard & salt to
hot water then cool. add yeast
Then flour. 4 cups flour
Beat well. Add 3 1/2 cups
more flour. Put in ice
box and pinch off what you
need.
