PESCADO AL HORNO

Huachinango (1 Kilo para 2 personas) papas Ajo cebollas limón SAL y pimienta.

Después de lavado y seco el pescado, se adoban con mucho ajo picado, sal, pimienta y limón bastante se deja por unas 2 horas.

En una tartera se ponen las papas en tajados, tajados de cebollas, la mantequilla, encima el pescado para que no se pegue. Media hora al horno caliente.
