Pineapple Muffins

Makes 18
Sift together
3 c flour
1/2 c sugar
2 T bak. pow.
1 tsp. salt
Mix together
2 eggs well beaten
1 c crushed pineapple, drained
1 T melted shortening
1 1/2 c milk
Combine the two mixtures
and mix only until the
ingredients are blended.
Bake about 30 min. 400 F
(mod. oven).

(Pour into well greased tins -
only 3/4 full)
