Delicious Coffee Cake
"Sez she"
Radio Kitchen - 8/6/34
Sieve together
2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
2 t bak powder
1/4 t salt
Beat lightly 1 egg.
Add 1 c milk + beat again
2 T melted butter
Mix liquid ingredients and
dry ingred. gradually.
Pour into well greased pan.

For the topping:
Mix 1/2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1 t cinnamon
2 T butter (creamed)
Sprinkle on top of dough (mix
alltogether + sprinkle.
