Cream Salad Dressing (con't)

Lettuce Salad

Choose the crisp center leaves of head lettuce
wash and dry thoroughly. Break or tear the leaves
in convenient pieces with a silver fork. Cover
with French dressing toss lightly and serve
at once.

Celery Salad

Cut the white stocks of celery into pieces
1/4 inch long, to every pint of these pieces
use 1 cup mayonnaise dressing. dust the
celery lightly with salt and pepper. Mix
with the dressing. Heap on a cold plate
garnish with tips of celery and
serve immediately.
