140 g Butter, 180 g Mehl, 70 g Zucker 2 Eigelb, 1 Klöffel Rum, zusammen machen, dünn walgen backen. wann halb fertig [raeusue?] mit Marmelade streichen 3 Eiweiß mit 210 g Zucker schlagen, übergiessen und goldgelb backen

Dobostorte

6 Eigelb, 6 El. Zuckerm samig rüchern, 6 Eiweiß zu Schwee schlagen. 6 El. Mehl Langsom dammter geben. blätter backen Fülle: 140 g Zucker mit 3 Eiern auf den Feuer stief rücken
