Bran Muffins

1½ C Bran
2 C flour
½ t salt
1 t soda
½ C molasses
1¼ C milk
1 TB melted shortening
½ C Seedless Raisins if desired

Mix in order given, beat well and bake in moderate oven 25 min. These muffins are moist keep well may be reheated successfully in a covered pan over steam or in oven.

1 box lemon gelatine
1 small can grated pineapple
Pineapple juice plus enough boiling water to make 1 pt.
