10 or 12 min. Makes about 8 doz.
Spiced Brazil nut chips
½ lb. soaked, sliced brazil nut chips | ½ c. gran sugar |
1 t. Cinnamon | |
1TB melted butter |
To prepare the chips, soak
shelled Brazil nuts in hot water for
at least ½ hr; then cut in lengthwise
slices. Spread nut chips in a shallow
pan; Pour butter over them
Then sprinkle the chips with the
sugar and cinnamon, mixed together
Bake in mod oven 350° for 20 to 30
min. Stiring frequently

½ C. butter | 4 sq. (4g) semi sweet choc. melted |
1 C. granulated sugar | |
⅔ C. chopped walnuts | ⅔ C. minced walnuts |
