1 can cream of Mushroom soup
½ cup milk
1 cup of chicken cut up
1 Tbs [Tbsp] pimento
½ pkg stuffing mix
Blend soup and milk. Stir in chicken & pimento. Fix
dressing as directed on package & sprinkle on chicken
mixture. Bake for 30 to 45 min, at 350 oven.

Meat Loaf or Meat Balls
1 1½ lb. hamburger ½ lb. pork sausage
4 slices bread soaked in ¾ cup milk, to which is added
2 eggs. Beat bread, milk and eggs with hand mixer.
Mix with hamburger. Then stir in following: ¼ cup onion,
¼ cup celery, 1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce, 1½ tsp
salt, ⅛ tsp pepper, ½ tsp poultry seasoning, For meat
loaf place in bread pan. For meat balls form into suitable
size balls. A gravy made from flour, milk, cornstarch and
water or a can of mushroom soup to pour over the meatballs.

Hot Dish Supreme
1 lb hamburger | ½ cup diced onion |
½ cu [cup] diced celery | 1 can chicken rice soup |
1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables | 1 can mushroom soup | Cook hamburger, onion and celery together until brown. Add
vegetables and soups, turn into greased casserole and bake.
Top with chow mein noodles. Bake 30 to 35 min in 350 oven.

Chicken Rice Hot Dish
1 small pkg minute rice, Mix with 1 can Cream of Chicken
soup, 1 can cream Mushroom Soup, 1 can water. Place mixture
in buttered 9 x 13 pan. Place cut up 3 lb. chicken on top.
Sprinkle with 1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix. Cover with
aluminum foil. Don't peek. Bake 2 hours at 350 oven. Makes

In heavy sauce pan, melt 2 Tbsp butter, in this saute ½
cup chopped onion, ½ cup chopped green pepper, 1 can
cream of mushroom soup 1 cup sour cream
1 pkg. (9oz.) medium noodles cooked & drained. 2 cups
shredded cheese, 2 cup ham cooked & diced. Mix & bake in
