Walnut Gems
3 tbsp butter; 2 tbsp. sugar;
1 egg well beaten; 2 cups
Sperry Pancake Flour;
1 cup milk; 1/2 cup chopped
walnuts.
Method: - Cream butter
and sugar, add egg,
beaten well; Sift pan
cake and waffle flour,
measure and add to
first mixture alternately
with milk, add walnuts,
pour into greased muffin
pans, and bake in a hot
oven 425 F. for 20 mins.
Makes 16 small muffins
