Graham Cracker Cream Pie
16 Graham Crackers, rolled fine.
1 teaspoon flour.
½ cupful shortening - part butter - melted.
½ " [cupful] granulated sugar.
1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Mix as for pie crust; take
one-half of mixture and pack
in pie-pan.

Custard Filling

2 egg-yolks	2 cups milk
¼ C. sugar	2 tablespoons corn starch
1 teaspoonful vanilla

Cook to gether until this
mixture coats the spoon.
Pour into pie-pan.

Meringue
Make a meringue of 3 egg.
