In the absence of the Supt Indian Affairs I have the honor to enclose herewith copies of Reports of labor in Nome Lackee Reservation for the three weeks ending April 26, May 3rd + 10th 1856

Report of Labor on Nome Lackee Military Reservation California for the week ending April 26th, 1856
Monday April 21st, 1856 Knott working with Indians in the garden-- Hudson running 7 plows on Toms Creek--McHenry in Shop--Laevek white washing--Mathin plowing more corn land -- Griu Squires at the Mill -- Masery herding Stock -- Jenison cooking -- Mrs Jenison & girls making pants Farley gone with wagon to foot of mountains for load of clap boards
Tues 22nd -- Farley gone to Tehama for flour fish &e -- All the others Same as yesterday.
Wednesday 23rd -- Farley returned from Tehama -- Knott with Small wagon gone to Toms Creek to carry plows &e -- McHenry in Shop -- Griu and Squires at Mill Laevek hauling wood -- Jenison Mrs Jenison Masery Same as Monday.
Thursday 24th -- Same work going on as on Monday.
