The undersigned citizens of San Francisco
and dealers in Real Estate, Houses etc - and
families with the prices thereof and the rents
of property in said city, freely give as
our opinion that the monthly rent of the
house occupied as an office by Thomas
J. Henley Esqr. late Supt. Indian Affairs
in California at one hundred & fifty
dollars per month was not an exorbitant
price for the year 1858- And further
it is our unqualified opinion that said
building would now rent for said sum
of $150 for month.
