This receipt was improperly given by Mr drybalbis for reasons which I cannot comprehend, and I hereby protest against allowing Mr Geiger a credit for it in the settlement of his accounts, and respectfully request the department to instruct major Hanson or Dr White special agent of the department to investigate the facts of this case and report them to your office, that you may be enabled to determine justly whether Mr Geiger or myself is in titled to the credits for this stock.
