Sir In looking over the papers in my office, I find the enclosed estimated Requisition for the 3rd quarter of the Indian Service in the N.D. of Cal for this year which was intended to be sent with my quarterly report of the 30th ult. but was omitted either by the neglect of my clerk or myself, please excuse the neglect and accept of the same now.
I would also beg leave to call your attention to some matters yet unanswered in letters of Aug 19th 29th Sept 21st & 22nd ult. please Telegraph in regards to disposition of goods which are now about due in Sanfrancisco, as the season is now far advanced
