Sir. In regard to to the Estimate for the fractional quarter of the half year ending 30th June 1861 which I forwarded in July the copy of which has been lost or mislaid by my clerk (Mr Bryson) who is now supervisor at Klamath Reservation — I have not from you about it — The total amount of said Estimate was $1900 — how divided, I cannot assertain 'till I find (if ever) the copy, but the principle items was doubtless something like this viz

Salary of Suptg Agt. $300 1 Supervisor & 3 Laborers $900 Outfit of buggy horse &c, & Expenses $700 Total $1900

Please inform me if the requision has come to hand, & the funds ever forwarded &c at that time I was just placing my men in possission &c. I fear so many mail disasters have effected us in past, hoping to hear soon,
