My dear sir: I have encd a letter from Mr Wm H Waks of Sacramento Cal regarding the a/c of Colo. Dribelsbes. Colo. Honart formerly employed by the Colonel, has an unpaid balance of 380$ for which he gave his vouchers — under the promise the same was to be paid when the money came from Washington.
Can you tell me whether the money has been forwarded to Colo Dribelsbes to pay this particular account?
