Know all men by these presents that I
of the County of Del Norte and State of California for and in
consideration of
paid to to me by the Government of the United States the
Receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said Governmt of the
United States and to their assigns all that certain tract
of land situate in said County of Del Norte and described
as follows to wit:

In Township Number North of Range
Nr one (1) west of the Humbolt Meridian containing
acres of Land
to have and to hold the above granted premise together with
the privilages appurtenances and improvements to the said
Government of the United States and assigns from me the said
and from my heirs executors and administrators
and I do covenant with the United States that I have good
right to sell and convey the said premises as aforesaid, That
I will deliver quiet and peaceable posession thereof, That I
will extinguish all and singular encumbrances thereon
and that I will and my heirs executers and administraters
shall warrant and defend the title to the same hereby granted
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
