Enclosed please find bill of Expenses made by D. A. Hanson at my instance, in the hunting up, collecting into a pasture, and removal of about One Hundred & twenty head of Cattle — The charges made for Expenses incurred in Sep. were in searching for troublesome Indians, who had been killing stock, but who fled to the mountains.
This voucher belongs as a Sub, to No 8 of 1st qr 1862
