Persuant to your notice in
the Sacramento Union for the purchase and delivery
of Cattle in Round Valley.

I professe as follows viz-

To deliver 200 head of good milch cows from 3
to 7 years old (each with a young calf)
Also 200 head of beef cattle from 3 to 7 years old.
Also 200 " of Steers and Heifers two years old
Also 200 " of Steers & Heifers one year old
at Four dollars & seventy five cents ($4.75) per Hundred
pounds payable in U.S. Currency at the time of
delivery
