Dear Sir.
Inclosed herewith is
respectively submitted for the information and
consideration of the Department, a statement showing the
entire amount expended for supplies furnished and
service rendered Fresno Indian Agency, during the
Fiscal year commencing the 1st day of July 1859 and
ending the 30th June 1860 inclusive, under the
Superintendance of Jas. Y McDuffie. The Original
amount due, each creditor respectively, and a
credit given thereon, for the amount paid. - Also a
statement showing the entire amount expended for
supplies furnished Fresno Indian Agency, during
the first eight & one half months, of the fiscal year
ending 30th June 1861. (From 1st day of July 1860
to 15th March 1861, inclusive,

of the creditors from 1st July
1859, to 15 March 1861 inc.
