you will find requisition for funds re-
=quired in the department of the Indian Ser-
=vice. You will also notice that I have
made a requisition for the entire amount
appropriate by Congress.
This is made necessary owing
to the small amount appropriated and the urgent
needs of the Indians under my charge: there=
=fore I trust that you will see the necessity
and transmit the amount immediately.
