Sir: Referring to the letter for May 2d 1863, received from the Department, I have the honor to enclose the following estimate for annuity goods, the same being the smallest quantity necessary to enable me to give to each band of Indians, (in the Southern District of Cala,) a small remembrance of the good intentions of our Govt. ~
