accounts. and my endorsements

endorsed " This horse has never been
turned over by Mr Hanson but he
states in his letter to me that he
has taken vouchers. & and in his
account currant & now holds the horse
as his security against the check
on Treasury. This should be allowed
and paid to voucher stopped"
