Fresno County California January 10th, 1865 [illegible] W. P. Dole [illegible] In, a [illegible], Dear Sir, I hear the letter to [illegible] [illegible] the receipt of Government Letter of the 18th November 1865, refering me to a statement of differencing in my a county of, the 17th, November 1862. of 4,600 dollars, a aacount of 5,600 dollars.
