To Whom It May Consern

Know ye, That Robert. K Bryan, private
of Hospital Corps of the N. S. A who
was enrolled on the 4th of May One
thousand eight hundred and ninety eight,
to serve two years or during the war, is
here by Discharged from the service of
the United States by reason of circular
# 45 Oct. 27th 1898, telegram a [Go] November
8th 1898.

No objection to his reenlistment is to exist.

The said Robert K. Bryan born in the state of Kentucky
and when enrolled was 44 1/2 years of age.
5 feet 4 1/2 inches high, Fair Complexion blue
eyes, brown hair and by occuption,
Dentist.

Given at John Blair Gibbs General Hospital
Camp Hamilton Lexington Ky, the 18th
day of November 1898.

Dr. Robert Bryan, prominent den-
tist of Georgetown, Ky., struck by L.
& N. train near Hutchison Station,
and dies at St. Joseph's Hospital here
of injuries a few hours later.
