On Sat. the stores close at 1 o'clk
so H. said I should meet him
at 43rd St. Station and we will see
a little of the Fair. (The train passed
between Midway and the Ex. grounds
I was on the M. side and wouldn't
look at the Fair buildings as I
didn't wish to spoil my first im-
pression. The Ferris wheel can
be seen afar it was slowly turning)
After coming back to house I un-
dressed put on my little pink jacket
in which I had to sleep last-night
(had to laugh at the comical figure
I cut) and took an hour's nap -
so you see I have a little self con-
trol yet - then seated myself to
write and listen for the bell
announcing the coming of my
trunk. Will mail this when I go
(open paper and read at top of this)
