Miss E. A. Fisher High Point N. C.

My Dear Sister: Enclosed find statement of investments made of our mothers funds by me from Decr '82 to Nov 1st 1895, showing: Interest Received $932.37 on an original investment of $500.00; Cash Remitted to Mother from time to time $701.64; Loans in force 11/2/95 $665.00; Cash in Bank $159.27. This statement has been submitted to and approved by George & Charlie. Of course you are familiar with the matter but as a statement seemed to me proper at this time I have condensed it into as small space as possible giving only essential points. The cash is subject to your orders. There is $120.00 maturing Dec 8/95. If party wants to extend, as you wish to renew I shall be only too glad to serve you in any way possible if you will advise me as to your wishes. You know from George and Charlie their approval of our mothers disposition of her personal estate; while I do not consider it necessary yet, my dear Sister, I will say, what you already know, that I fully approve of and endorse the wisdom of our dear mothers wishes as expressed in her Will.

With warm love from all at 4448. Your Brother J. Hughes Fisher
