Easter Monday
A meeting of the Vestry having been called by the Rector for half past seven o'clock the following members were present in the Church:

Mr. Jas. W. Shields
Mr. L. C. Crump
Mr. Geo. L. Currie
Serg. B. F. Howard
Mr. G. G. Minor
Mr. Jos. R. Roane
Mr. Jas. T. Estes
The meeting was called to order by the Rector and proceeded at once to the election of judges of the election of vestrymen [struck: about] to be held at 8 o'clock by the Congregation:
On motion the following gentlemen were appointed judges of the election about to take place:
Mr. Geo. L. Currie and Mr. Jos R. Roane from the Vestry and Mr. F. J. Craigie from the Congregation.
On motion the meeting adjourned.
