Know all men by these presents that I Francis Irwin of the County of Culpeper for and in consideration of the Sum of one hundred Pounds Current Money paid by Alexander Buchannon to me in hand, the receipt of which I do hereby acknowledge, Do grant bargain and Sell unto James Buchannon & John Lyne of the County of Henrico & City of Richmond as Trustees for Betsey and Mary Younghusband of the s.d City, a negro wench named Dorcas & her Child Billy, the right & title of which said negroes, I do by these presents warrant and defend ag.st [against] the claim of all persons what so ever unto them the said James Buchannon & John Lyne in trust for the said Betsey & Mary Youndhusband their heirs and assigns forever, witness my hand and Seal this the Twelvelth Day of November one thousand and seven hundred & eighty four FR.s [Francis] Irwin (Seal) Test Jno McKeand √ William Price
