This indenture made this the twenty fifth day of March
one thousand eight hundred & twenty three Between Danl.
P Johnson of the city Richmond the first part and John
Vaughan of the aforesaid city of the second part
Witness for an [and] In consideration of one dollar in hand
paid by the said John Vaughan before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the Reict [Receipt] whereof are
hereby acknowledge have Bargain and conveyed all
my right and title in the folling [following] property to said
John Vaughan for him act as trustee for the Bennefith [Benefit]
My wife Ann W Johnson & Sarah A Johnson my
daughter and the said John Vaughan is to us the
said property (to wit) sixty five acres of Land
leyin [lying] and being in the county of chesterfield
known by the name of Sarah Bacon track on
the church road to to petersburgs [Petersburg] and the following person
ally property one side board of one Beaurow [Bureau] one
candle stand two cearttain [curtain] Bedstead two feather
Beds & furniture with them two [illegible] trunk six
winsor [windsor] chairs two tables - one Looking glass one
Large tea tray one set of tea pots two Large pitcher
one bible twenty volumes of Book all the glass and
earthen were [earthenware] of every description now in my house
consisting dishs plate cups & saucers and Kitchine [Kitchen]
furniture of every sort together with a negro girl
name [named] Betsey about eighteen years old for the said
