In Richmond Hustings Court, March 14th 1853.
On the motion of Mary Pollard a free woman of
colour emancipated since 1806, who desires to obtain
permission to remain in this Commonwealth and reside in
this City, it is ordered that the Justices of this court
be summoned to meet here on Friday next, to hear and
decide on said application.
