Notice I shall apply to the Hustings Court of the City of Richmond on the first day of the term of the said court in June next, for permission to remain as a free person of color in the Commonwealth of Virginia. April 9th 1853 Henrietta Page a free woman of color

In Richmond Hustings Court, June 13, 1853 The application of Henrietta Page a free woman of colour, for permission to remain in this Commonwealth and reside in this city, is continued till Friday next; and it is ordered that the justices of this Court be summoned to attend here on that day to hear and decide on said application.
