Notice is hereby given that a petition will be presented to the Hustings Court of the City of Richmond on the first day of the November Term of that Court. to permit Hilliry & Collinet the son & daughter of Collin Teag. to remain in this Commonwealth as free persons under an act of assembly in that case made & proved 14th Octo'r 1819
