interest in the fixtures fittings and furniture in the house or in
houses aforesaid also all the furniture that belongs to me solely,
in the house or houses aforesaid excrept my Bookcase and Books
hereinafter mentioned also all my Wine and Spirits British and
foreign also all my shares and interest in the stock in trade Book
debts cash in hand belonging to the concern and all effects appertaining
to the partnership concern now carried on under the name
and style aforesaid and also two thousand pounds sterling for
his and their use and benefit absolutely on condition that he has
said John Reid do take upon himself all the debts and liabilities
of our joint partnership concern aforesaid and pay and fully [illegible]
discharge all my own personal just debts together with my funeral
expenses and all office expenses appertaining thereto and that as
soon as conveniently may be after my decease and I here [illegible]
request that my Executors hereinafter named do cause my remains
to be decently interred in the Country [unclear]a At Reusal[/unclear] Green and that a
plain Headstone with my name and age and a short simple
inscription inscribed thereon so mark the spot of my last resting
place I give and bequeath to Mrs. Amy [unclear]Kenny's[/unclear] of 87 [unclear]Watking[/unclear] Street
in the City of London for her own especial and separate use one
thousand pounds that is to say I give and bequeath to Mrs. Amy
[unclear]Kennys[/unclear] aforesaid all my interest in the Bond for one thousand
pounds which I now hold as a security for that sum lent on
interest to her husband and repayable within five years from
the Gate thereof but if the said Bond shall have been fully [illegible]
liquidated and paid off at the time of my decease then I give and
bequeath to Amy [unclear]Kennys[/unclear] aforesaid one thousand pounds in money
I give and bequeath to Mrs. Mary Brooks of number three [illegible]
Portland place [unclear]Dill[/unclear] in the County of York five hundred pounds
together with all my linen and wearing apparel I give to Mr.
Robert [unclear]Skcovill[/unclear] of 163 Sixth Street Shadwell in the County of [illegible]
Middlesex one hundred pounds I give and bequeath to Mr. [illegible]
Alexander Davies our Shopman and now residing with us at 121
High [unclear]Holborn[/unclear] aforesaid fifth pounds I give and bequeath to Mr.
William Walker of [unclear]Gran[/unclear] Street Soho in the County of Middlesex [illegible]
twenty pounds I give devise and bequeath to Mr. George [illegible]
Harrison Milnes lately living in the Beast Market Gainsborough
in the County of [unclear]Lincoln[/unclear] as much money as at the time of my
decease will be sufficient to purchase an annuity of twenty five
pounds per annum to be asserted on the life of George Harrison
Milnes aforesaid and I hereby authorize and direct my Executors
hereinafter named and appointed as soon as conveniently may
be after my decease to purchase an annuity of twenty five [illegible]
pounds terminable on the decease of the annuitant aforesaid
and to take all due precaution to secure the regular yearly [illegible]
payment of the aforesaid annuity to George Harrison Milnes
aforesaid yearly and every year during his natural life I give
and bequeath to Mr. Edward Nichols Kennys of 87 [unclear]Wathing[/unclear] Street
in the City of London Calico printer his heirs executors administrators
and assigns my portrait my Bookcase and Books aforesaid
together with all the rest residue and remainder of my
estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both real and
personal whether in possession or [unclear]coversion[/unclear] remainder or
expectancy And I nominate constitute and appoint the said John
Reid adn Edward Nichols Kennys Executors of this my Will and
revoking all former Wills by me at any time herefofore made I
declare this to be my last Will and Testament on Witness whereof
