I the said ffeantis Gard Berry have to this my last Will and -
Testament set my hand the fourth day of July in the year of our
Soto one thousand eight hundred and forty - Francis Gare
Berry - Signed by the said testator ffianits Gard Berry and - -
acknowledges by him to be his last Will and Testament in the -
[?] of us present at the same time and who in this present
at his request and in the [present?] of court other [have?] hereunto -
subscribed our names as Witnesses attesting the same ---------

of my Emily Bryce of 27° & Hanover Terrace Regents Park in -
tac County of Middlesex on the 25th day of Novr. in the year of our -
Soto one thousand eight hundred & thirty five I hereby appoint my -
friend Lieutenant Colonel Sir John Mark fFrederick Smith of the --
Corps of Royal Engineers of Cadogan Plant. in the County of - - -
Middlesex and my relative Richard [Denne?] Esquire o Temple -
London Executors of this my last Will and Testament and I -
desire that they will convert my funded property into sterling --
money and pay thereout my just debts testamentary funeral -
and other expenses & the legalities hereinafter specified I hereby
bequeath to the undermentioned persons the understated - -
property and the sums specified in sterling and - -
Sister Lady Peter one half of my plate and also the sum of five
thousand pounds sterling, {pencil bracket} to my two Nieces Caroline Porter - -
Atkinson & Sophia Mary Jane Atkinson as tenants in common
one half of my plate also my house & premises No 8 Hanover
[Ferrare?] above specified {/pencil bracket} my furniture linen china Glass Books - -
pictures household effects and every other articles thereto apper-
taining also my Towels Trinkets Watch Wardrobe and the sum
of three thousand pounds sterling, to my Brother in law James
Atkinson Esqr'r of Russell Square the sum of one thousand pounds
sterling, to my Cousin [Grard Sagben?] now residing with my -
Brother in law aforesaid the sum of four hundred pounds - -
sterling, to Dr. William [Bryte?] Brother of my late lamented - -
husband the sum of two hundred pounds sterling, to my friend -
the aforesaid St Colonel Sir John Mark Frederick Smith the sum
of two hundred pounds sterling, to my relative the aforesaid - -
Richard [Dound?] Esqr. the sum of two hundred pounds sterling, to -
Captain James Alexander Nephew of my late lamented husband -
