Dear Sir:

The plans of
extension of College Building furnished
me on Wednesday, I have left— in charge
of Hon. Geo. J Green of Cty house.

The Board request— you to place
in my hands on or before the 18th
of March next— full plans and specifications
ready for the contracting. This
seems necessary, that there may
be and delays in pushing forward
the work of building, if the means
are provided.
