Boston

February 20 1865.

My dear Sir:

That is lower than I have engaged for in any place as large & important as Concord. But if you will pay my Expenses from Boston, I will come to Concord for $50 before April 15 - due notice being given of the night. I will dispute the night, but we will not disagree upon that point. Two weeks I suppose will be ample notice.

Faithfully Yours

Albert D. Richardson
