My own Darling,

I am to be the soloist of the evening a week from tonight at the next Apollo concert here Feb. 25th. at the Madison Sq. Garden Concert Hall. It is a grand chance. I shall sing "Le parlate d'amor" from "Faust"

and "Where e'er you walk" of Handels "Your presence" + "My ain countree" I am worried about my dress, and yet I have heard nothing from Laura + I wrote her to send it to me a week ago - Ask her if she got my letter

The Apollo Club sent to ask me officially what color I would wear as they present me with Florence.

Just think I shall be the only woman

There is a man cello soloist and Dr. Dufte + others sing with the Club - Emile Levy, a fine professional, plays my accompaniments. I shall ask Mallinson to go with me if he can. And there wasn't any body [illegible] who I am singing to, in "Your Presence" Oh, my Darling, how I should like to have somebody here, to be proud of me, some body

that loves me insted of advising me only

This is the day I get no letters, so am longing for tomorrow I go to a Musicale tomorrow afternoon, Thursday I entertain Miss Hawkins I am going to set a little lunch in my room.

Friday Mallinson will come Late I have an appointment with the accompanyist + so the days fill --

I was asked today whether I was really very much in love with you -- How I love to amuse people with my heart in my eyes that I love you more than I do myself, My love, a kiss, goodnight, from Sunshine
