Friday Evening
Jan 10th. 96

Dearest,

Oh how happy was I
when this afternoon the
postman brought me
another letter from you
I did not dream of getting
any more until Monday.

What a sweet man
you are putting the sunshine
pillow to; never mind,
Possum, you may be very
sly, but you can't get
ahead of me. I can dream
of you just as well upon
an ordinary common every-
day pillow as any thing
else, by the bye my dear
