Egyptian ring, & I think he is honest. In
any case, it is pretty & was quite cheap.
The ring setting is engraved silver, & then there
is a large pearl in the middle & four carved
lines of tiny pearls running from the centre,
& a background of small saphhires.

That is from memory & is very rough
but it will give you a vague idea, if
it has not already arrived.
And then the other two parcels will take
weeks & weeks I expect I made them
into two parcels, for safety. I hope all
is well about the customs & that you are
not asked to pay duty - but I have been
assured on this point by many people here.

One parcel contains what I think is a
really lovely piece of slk. It is real
Egyptian stuff - spun & dyed & hand woven
here - & should last for ages. It is
a gorgeous deep rich shade of blue
with a deep good design. I had it
