My Dear Friend
Rachel Stevens
Hannah Peckham
has kindly offered to enclose with a
letter which she is writing a note
to thee if I wished it, which I gladly
embrace to acknowledge thy kindness
(for which I am greatly oblige) in giving
me the information about our [?]
west for I had felt answers it haveing
been some time sense I had heard
anything from them, and it is a relief
to me to hear of Cousin Amy Hoag
going to the relief of brother Joseph
and his son. They have had a vary
trying time in their berieved situation.
Isaac Gifford Daughter who is at the
School tells me that her mother has
been vary sick her life [dispoced?] [of?] but
the last account they entertained some
hopes of her recovery, thou will
