fit to be seen. The largest
collection of people we ever
saw to a funeral here. There
were seven different ministers
in the pulpit - Elder Smith
preached the sermon. They
concluded at last to bury
him beside Bettie. There
were eighty teams went by
here in the procession - or
connected with it. Isaac could
find out nothing comparitively
about his last moments - he
lived but a few hours after
getting to Wash. The lady
who took cae of him on
board the transport had
gone back. I. found his
watch and Bettie's dag-
uerrotype, but his revolver
overcoat & valise were gone.
Uncle T. is about [underline]so[/underline] - has

day - also Abbie Blanchard
