I have just started this page (13 of 40) page number on display is 60. No city is given, how do we know what city, county, area this is?

Justine the template is generic and I don't see any cities on this page either--so you can just leave that column blank. There are several ways to add a line. The simplest is when you hit enter on the tenth and successive lines it will add another line. You can also right click on an existing line and it gives you several options including adding lines before, after...
