Mount Auburn, George. Wm Bond Esqr.

Dear Sir, Will you please advance William O Donnell Three hundred Dollars on account of a contract I have made with him for a "flight of steps" for which the "Board" made an appropriation of $375. for the "Stone work" in January last

The balance I will give an order for, when the stone are set. The Stone work is all delivered at the "Public Lot"

He says you have a bill against him which you had overlooked, which he will pay now.
