Lease for the life of the said Abigail of a certain Lot of
land set off to her as her dower, bounded as follows. Begin-
ning at a stake in the brook on or near the line between
the towns of Watertown & Cambridge, thence running Sy
along a covered drain about 17 rods, thence by said Brimmer
Sy & Ey around said Lot about 50 rods to the private road
thence N.Wy on land set off to Moses & Corn. Stone about
52 rods, to the first mentioned bounds.

of Thos. Lee & the grantor running Sy. 41 1/2 rods to land of
heirs of Corn. Stone, thence Wy 4 1/2 rods to the wood lot (of
Mrs. Pomroy) thence NWy. along said wood lot 52 rods to a
ditch, thence Ny 7 rods, 5 links to land formerly of Thos Lee,
thence by said Lee's land 39 rods to the first mentioned bounds.
