Gerry to land of Stone. Ey on Stone to a gate, SEy on Stone to Charles River, NEy as the River runs & bounded by low water mark to Richardson's Marsh, then NWy. on said Marsh to a ditch near the Upland, then Ny as the Upland runs in a crooked line as the ditches and fences originally stood, bounded on Marsh of sundry persons till it comes to a creek, then on land of heirs of Seth Hastings as the fence has originally stood, till it comes to the road leading from Oliver's Wharf to Watertown then on said road to the first mentioned bounds.
