Report to the Committee on Lots in my report May 5^th 1860 I reported to Edward Richmond, Lot 3006 - 300 f^t [Edward] [Richmond], [Lot] 3007 - 300 [f^t] making 600 ft the same to be in one parcel of land without passage -ways for which the said Richmond paid $300, and received two deeds with numbers as above. owing to my mistake, the 600 f^t could not be obtai-ned instead of the 600 f^t his lot now contains 470 f^t being 130 f^t less, therefore, it becomes necessary to refund to the said Richmond $65, it being the amount overpaid by him, also to take back the two deeds of 300 f^t each, and give him one deed of 470 f^t - as I understand, two numbers cannot be given, to one party, except the lot contains 600 f^t - Resp'y submitted Jonⁿ Mann Sup^t in view of the foregoing, the Committee request the Treasurer to refund the $65, and order a new deed to be made of 470 f^t
